Keep calm and dream on...
People need to see that they have a very great power within them which can help them achieve whatever they desire. The only thing that stops us from our goals is our negative belief system. We think we are not good enough, we sometimes think it's impossible or we end up giving up altogether. If we would only focus on what we know it's true: that the universe will always listen to our desires and that in time everything will come in its rightful place, we would actually be more relaxed about what is going on in our lives and we would enjoy ourselves more. The most important thing we can do is to keep a positive attitude and refuse to listen to the negative thoughts that are somewhat inevitable to have especially in difficult situations. When such a thought comes to our mind, we should not block it but accept it, thank it for its opinion and decide to let it go. Instead, we can change the respective thought into a positive one. For example, if you think: "I can't possibly be good enough to get that music audition", you can always change it into: "I'm confident that I have the necessary skills to pass this audition and everything will be alright". You can't deny the fact that positive thoughts give you positive emotions, almost instantly. It's only natural for it to be like this. Of course, once you learn to detach yourself from bad feelings like fear, doubt and anger, your life will start improving in a way that you never thought it could. You will see the changes in your day to day experiences and good things will definitely follow. You just have to believe and practice daily positive affirmations about yourself (at the present tense) and you will see that you will soon get to that inner peace and happiness that you deserve! You are an amazing human being and your purpose is to learn how to love yourself and those around you. Every experience you have is meant to teach you something and help you evolve towards your divine purpose. So, be your own creator and start living the life you want and you deserve, because within you are all the answers. You just need to listen closely to what your inner voice is telling you. Meditation is a very good practice for this and those who do it notice that they can think more clearly after it and that they are more calm and at peace with themselves. Someone once said that meditation can help you have a mind as peaceful as the still water of a lake. We all know how at times we can't seem to solve any issues and we feel blocked because our minds are on a constant roller-coaster ride which seems to never stop. We always think about what we have to do next, we try to remember things from the past or to solve different problems, but if we just step back for a few moments and relax...we'll actually get to have a different perspective on things and we might just come up with the solution that we were struggling about before. Keep this in mind: whenever you feel confused or worried, look inside you and in there you will find the necessary power to keep you going: your essence, your core, your true self: pure LOVE.
